Created specifically to open and balance the Root Chakra this Spray Mist is a blend of Cedarwood, Patchouli and Vetiver essential oils in distilled water. 
 
The Root Chakra (Muladhara) is the 1st Chakra and is located at the base of the spine, it's colour is Red and mantra is Lam.
 
The Root Chakra relates to Stability, Energy, Comfort and Safety.
 
If your Root Chakra is balanced you will feel secure, grounded, healthy, stable and energetic.  
 
If your Root Chakra is unbalanced you may feel anxious, unstable, fearful, be anaemic and have weight issues. 
 
Use this vibrational spray in your sacred space, when you meditate and in your aura. Personally I like to spray directly in-front of me and walk into the Mist allowing my body to absorb the vibrational energy of the Mist, whilst focusing in on the Root Chakra.
