The Third Eye (Ajna) is the 6th Chakra and is located between the brows, it's colour is Indigo and mantra is Om.
 
The Third Eye Chakra relates to Intuition, Meditation and Trust.
 
If your Third Eye Chakra is balanced you will feel intuitive, spiritual, wise, perceptive, guided, have clarity of thought and vision.
 
If your Third Eye Chakra is unbalanced you may experience headaches, vision problems, nightmares, panic and lack of imagination.

Personally I like to spray directly in-front of me and walk into the Mist allowing my body to absorb the vibrational energy of the Mist, whilst focusing in on the Third Eye Chakra.
