If you find yourself in a situation that makes you fearful, like being alone at night or making a speech, or one of those many other situations that crop up in everyday life that cause us to have anxiety and fear in one form or another, this is the oil for you.
 
Add a few drops to your diffuser and breathe in the scent with a few deep breaths as needed.
 
Place a drop on your palm and rub your hands together and place your hands over your nose and breathe in the aroma with some deep calming breaths.
 
Place a few drops in a carrier oil and rub into your wrist or nape of your neck or keep in a roller and use as needed to keep the scent with you so you can breathe it in as required.
