The Root Chakra (Muladhara) is the 1st Chakra and is located at the base of the spine, it's colour is Red and mantra is Lam.
 
The Root Chakra relates to Stability, Energy, Comfort and Safety.
If your Root Chakra is balanced you will feel secure, grounded, healthy, stable and energetic.  
 
If your Root Chakra is unbalanced you may feel anxious, unstable, fearful, be anaemic and have weight issues. 
 
Diffuse a few drops daily to assist in gradually balancing your Root Chakra
 
Add 5 drops to a carrier oil in a roll-on and gently massage into your Root Chakra daily.
